At True Potential we are passionate about people and growth, with that in mind we will:

Do our utmost to create a safe environment for every client to reflect, gain awareness and create quality action steps.

Keep every session confidential and private. We will not share any details of clients and their sessions with anyone.

Treat every client with respect and dignity.

Suspend all judgment on anything that is shared within the coaching sessions.

Because we are people focused, we will support the actions steps, and goals of clients up to and excluding harm to yourself and others.

Promote ethical behaviour by our coaches.

Commit to bringing our best coaching to every session for the progress of the client.

Commit to being client focused and driven.

Only invoice clients for sessions completed and do not hold clients to a set number of sessions. There are in other words no contracts and clients are free to stop coaching at any time should they choose to do so.

Commit to lifelong learning and will continue to stay current and growing as coaches.

Commit to keeping every coaching relationship professional and within the boundaries of the agreed-upon coaching between the coach and client.

Not take advantage of the trust between the coach and client for personal gain.

Answer any complaints that are set in writing to True Potential within five business days of receiving the complaint.
